MRSI Renews Cypress International Teaming Agreement

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or “MRSI” the “Company”) reports that, to enhance Mission Ready’s ability to provide a wide spectrum of top-grade military products and services, the Company has teamed with Cypress International, Inc. (“Cypress International” or “Cypress”), further expanding its understanding and reach in the United States military markets.

Cypress is a closely-held corporation, staffed by former senior military professionals with years of experience in Research, Development, Systems Program Management, Acquisition, Testing, Training, and Operations and Logistics, and is supported by a modern research facility and an extensive field representative network at key defense centers throughout the U.S. The corporation specializes in the business development and marketing of defense and aerospace products and services worldwide.  Cypress International has its principal office in the Washington, DC area, facilitating ready access to key government decision and information centers.

General Tilelli was the former Commander of all US forces in Korea, the former Vice Chief of Staff for the US Army, and the former commander of US Army Forces Command.

Cypress will provide MRSI with strategic planning, program and budget analysis, market analysis, as well as identifying business opportunities within the US Department of Defense.  Cypress will also assist MRSI to shape winning strategies and requirements as well as identifying teaming alternatives, all of which will increase MRSI’s competitive advantage and market share for its operating divisions 10-20 Services Inc., Protect The Force Inc. and Mission Ready Technologies.
