Nixon has resigned as the Chief Compliance Officer and a member of the board of directors of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Nixon leaves Mission Ready’s Management and Board of Directors positions to focus on personal endeavors and increasing professional commitments. Buck Marshall, President and CEO, will assume Mr. Nixon’s position on the audit committee.
