(“Mission Ready” or “MRSI”) is pleased to announce that Robert (Bob) Clyde has joined the Company’s board of Advisors to lend his extensive experience in the insurance industry and international markets to the Company.  He will assist the Company with risk assessments, the integration of potential acquisitions and market awareness.

Bob is retired from a successful career with AIG where he had oversight of all AIG’s businesses in Japan and Korea, including four life insurance companies, four property-casualty companies, four asset management companies, and several supporting service companies. He was also Senior Vice President of AIG parent, American International Group, Inc., Chairman of AIG Star Life (2008-2009), and Chairman of AIG Edison Life (2008-2009).  While in Korea, Bob served on the US-Korea Business Council as an executive committee member and he is currently serving on the board of directors of World Hope International and World Resources Group, both non-governmental organizations.

Mission Ready Announces Appointment of Mark Bishop to Board of Directors

Currently a Managing Director at Aldwych Capital Partners headquartered in New York, Mr. Bishop holds a BA from Brown University and is a 20 year veteran in emerging markets investment banking with extensive expertise in structuring and placing complex cross-border transactions.

Mr. Bishop is a former Managing Director at INTL FCStone Securities, a global commodity risk management and trading company and also previously co-founded Provident Group, an emerging markets specialty investment bank. Previously Mr. Bishop was a Business Unit Manager with Salomon Brothers Inc. and worked in New York and Buenos Aires with its institutional Equities Sales and Trading Unit.
