Debenture Conversion Offer

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or “MRSI” or the “Company”) announces that the Company has been granted permission by the TSX Venture Exchange to offer to Debenture Holders (“Debenture Holder” or “Holder”) a one half warrant for the early conversion of debentures outstanding in the amount of $1,030,000. As per the original terms of the debentures issued April 15, 2013, Debenture Holders may convert debentures into common shares of the Company prior to April 15, 2015 at $0.25 per share. Upon conversion of the total amount of the debenture due, the Holder will be issued one half share purchase warrant in addition to each common share issued.  Each full Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to acquire one additional Share (a “Warrant Share” or “Warrant Shares”) at an exercise price of $0.50 per Warrant Share and expiring on September 30, 2017.  If, at such time, the Company’s weighted average share price for 10 consecutive trading days equals or exceeds $1.00, the Company may give notice to the Warrant holders that they must exercise their remaining Warrants within a period of 30-days from the deemed date of receipt of the notice. Any Warrants remaining unexercised after the expiration of the 30-day notice period will be cancelled and will thereafter be of no force or effect.

Extension of Term of 6,690,000 Warrants Expiring on February 28, 2015

(“Mission Ready” or “MRSI”) announces that MRSI will make an application with the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) to extend the term of 6,690,000 warrants (the “Warrants”) expiring on February 28, 2015.  The Warrants were issued in connection with a qualifying transaction and concurrent financings announced by MRSI on September 20, 2012.  Upon receipt of approval from the Exchange, the expiry date of the Warrants will change from February 28, 2015 to August 26, 2015.  All other terms of the Warrant, including the exercise price will remain the same.

Mission Ready’s Protect The Force Expands Partnership with MC10

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or “MRSI”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Protect The Force, Inc. (“PTF” or “Protect The Force”), has been awarded a 14 month, USD $120,000 sub-recipient contract (the “Contract”) through MC10, Inc. (“MC10”) for the provision of research, development, product procurement and consulting services in support of a research and development project for the United States Army – Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO-Soldier) Project Manager Soldier Warrior (PM-SWAR) . The project titled, Conformal Photovoltaic Module Low Observability (“ConPhormL”) aims to develop and integrate solar cells directly into the fabric cover of combat helmets and rucksacks.

PTF will also provide design input on the attachment mechanism for PV array integration into a cover for the U.S. Army’s MOLLE backpack as well as technical expertise and input into the ConPhormL verification and validation test plan relating to military testing standards and mobile warfighter usage scenarios. Additionally, PTF will provide ongoing business development services for future sales of production ConPhormL products.
