Mission Ready Services Inc. Provides AGM Results

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or “MRSI” or the “Company”) shareholders approved all resolutions brought before them at the Company’s Annual General Meeting and Special Meeting (“AGM’) held in Vancouver, British Columbia on November 21, 2014.

The Company provides the following report on the voting results of the matters considered at the AGM, the particulars of which are set out in more detail in the Company’s information circular dated October 17th, 2014:

  • Election of Directors: Rodney Reum, Peter Fuller, David Smalley, Paul Litchfield, Vitor Fonseca stood for election and were duly elected as directors of the Company for the ensuing year.
  • Appointment and Remuneration of Auditors: WDM Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as the auditor of the Company for the ensuing year and the directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
  • Approval of Stock Option Plan: Shareholders approved the ratification and amendment of the Company’s Stock Option Plan which authorized directors to reserve up to a maximum of 20% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.
  • Approval of amendment to the Company’s articles to authorize the Company to hold future annual general or special meetings outside of the Province of British Columbia.

The directors held a meeting following the Annual General Meeting and appointed the following:

The Company thanks outgoing Directors, Randall Rhode and Larry Doan, for their past services in this capacity and is pleased to announce that both will continue to provide services to the Company as members of its Advisory Committee.

The Company also reports that it has granted its newest Director, Mr. Paul Litchfield, stock options to purchase up to 150,000 common shares, pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, at an exercise price of $0.35 per share (based on the closing market share price on September 21, 2014) for a period of 10 years.

It was also announced at the AGM that the Company will be seeking a United States OTCQX listing.

10-20 Services Running at Full Capacity

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or “MRSI” or the “Company”) reports the expansion of its facilities and workforce in support of recent contracts restoring Infantry Combat Equipment (“ICE”) for the Department of Defense (“DoD”). The Company’s current 10-20 Services Inc. (“10-20”) facilities are now at full capacity processing ICE under contract for the United States Marines Corps.

10-20’s Washington state and North Carolina service centers across from JBLM and Fort Bragg, respectively, are running round-the-clock, 7 days per week, to maximize capacity and ensure quick turnaround times for its clients. 10-20 is actively seeking up to 60 additional qualified personnel to carry out operations at its new facility in Barstow, California, home of Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow (“MCLB Barstow”).

Clay Williamson, President of 10-20 states, “With our recent contract successes, we have been able to expand our operations and invest in our local communities by creating jobs. Over the past thirty days, we have increased our personnel by 60% at our operational facilities in Lakewood, WA (Joint Base Lewis McChord), Fayetteville, NC (Fort Bragg) and Barstow, CA (MCLB Barstow). 10-20’s rapid growth will require continued expansion in new strategic locations over the next 24 months and we are excited for the additional employment opportunities this will create for veterans and their families.”

10-20 will save the DoD millions by fully disinfecting and restoring ICE such as body armor, cold/wet weather clothing systems, load carrying equipment and the like. 10-20’s patented Advanced Cleaning System™ (“ACS”) and MilSpec repair system returns unserviceable equipment back to military use at an average savings of 90% of its replacement cost.  Most of this equipment would have otherwise have been disposed of or scrapped.

Paul Litchfield, VP Advanced Concepts at Reebok International Nominated to Board

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or “MRSI” or the “Company”) is extremely pleased to announce the nomination of Paul Litchfield, VP Advanced Concepts at Reebok International, to its Board of Directors.

As the Head of Reebok Advanced Concepts (“RAC”), Paul is responsible for creating and delivering new footwear and electronics to the Reebok Brand. In RAC, they are responsible for new innovation platforms from concept, through all stages of evaluations, through the confirmation and into production. They also create the initial stories about the product platforms which they use to market and sell these innovations to the business units inside of Reebok along with using these stories to sell to retailers and consumers. Because they have been given the time to distill their ideas into confirmed product, they have been able to deliver quite a few innovations to Reebok including, The Pump, DMX Moving Air, Easytone, Zig, Realflex, SkyScape and CHECKLIGHT.

“I am humbled to be joining a new innovative company such as Mission Ready.  Their development work in the area of wearable technologies is really exciting with their No Contact electrical muscular disruptive technology platform they are implementing into jackets and other wearable forms.  They also have a great team of people providing products and services to those who protect us that I am proud to work with” states Paul.

Paul began working in the athletic footwear industry at Reebok more than 28 years ago and is regarded as one of the most influential product creation experts in the industry. He has held various roles in product creation and marketing at Reebok. He has been responsible for numerous product innovations over the years, the most noteworthy being the Pump.

In 1998 Paul became Vice President of Puma Footwear where he was responsible for product marketing, design and development for Puma’s global product line. In 2000, Paul returned to Reebok as the Vice President of Reebok Advanced Concepts. His responsibilities for new technology creation include athletic footwear, performance apparel and sports equipment.

Paul received his B.S. degree in biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire and his M.S. degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts. He conducted post graduate research in human performance at the Institute of Offshore and Environmental Medicine in Aberdeen, Scotland.

He also holds over 160 granted patents and patents applications pending in the athletic footwear, apparel and sporting goods industry.
