Mission Ready Services Inc. Enters into Global Marketing Agreement with MKR International Inc.

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or “MRSI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an International Sales Commission Agreement with MKR International Inc. (“MKR”) to globally market MKR’s portfolio of products including its flagship innovation, PurMist®. Additionally, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Protect The Force (“PTF”) has entered into a separate agreement with MKR to provide MKR with representation and sales support including field sales, program sales and military base retail representation, to the United States Government and its affiliated federal agencies. Both agreements include provisions to gain exclusive territorial rights based on success.

The hand sanitizer market sales totaled in excess of $173 million in 2012 in the US according to an independent market research firm.

PurMist® is a patented and trademarked full body sanitizing product that kills bacteria/viruses including MERS, MRSA and the H1N1 Influenza virus within seconds of application.  PurMist® has been tested to combat 18 different strains of bacteria/viruses and has proven to be effective on the entire epidermis. When applied to skin/hands, PurMist® provides a ‘glove effect’ preventing contact with pathogens on hands, objects or surfaces, killing harmful bacteria/viruses, and promoting clean, moisturized and healthy skin. The floras natural protection from bacteria/viruses is not compromised when PurMist® is applied to the skin.

One of the key features of PurMist® is its ability to provide continuous protection for six hours rather than an instant kill with no persistent value for protection as presently available in the global market. The PurMist® line includes several combinations of botanical oils in the base formulation including three of the most popular and effective botanical oils for therapeutic advantages: Energizing Orange, Refreshing Lemon and Calming Lavender, the more you use PurMist®, the healthier your skin condition, leaving hands moisturized and soft after you apply the mist with no sticky residue or build up on the skin. PurMist® botanical oils work with your skin’s own natural oils to protect against germs and continue moisturizing with each use. PurMist® is the only product in the global market which provides this new technology of protection from human to human cross contamination slowing the spread of deadly bacteria and viruses in the global environment.

Mr. Rod Reum, CEO of Mission Ready states, “PurMist® is an excellent product that aligns well with our mission to provide first-class solutions that help ensure the safety, security and Mission-Readiness of those who protect us including our soldiers and first-responders. We believe we have entered into a mutually equitable agreement with MKR that will contribute notably to MRSI’s revenues as we strive to significantly increase PurMist® product saturation through new channels and the further development of previously established markets.”

About MKR International Inc.

MKR’s mission is to help sustain health and safety in an ethical and eco-friendly way through the development of natural and effective products like PurMist®. MKR is recognized by governing bodies, health regulators, front-line workers and corporations alike as a company dedicated to the development of innovative products for protecting consumers from harmful viruses and bacteria.

Mission Ready Services Inc. Announces Filing of 2014 First Quarter Financials, MD&A and Certification of Annual Filings on SEDAR

Highlights:

  • 10-20 Services Inc. achieves 5 consecutive quarters of increased revenues
  • 31% increase in consolidated revenues over same period last year
  • Net loss consistent with 2013 Q4 loss

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or “MRSI”) announces that its quarterly audited financial statements, related Management’s Discussion and Analysis (“MD&A”) and National Instrument (“NI”) 52-109FV1 reports for the period ended March 31, 2013 were filed on SEDAR on May 30, 2014. The financial statements, associated MD&A and Certification of Annual Filings are available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

MRSI is continuing to expand its business through each of its operating divisions.  10-20 Services Inc., which launched its inspection, cleaning and repair services for US military personal protective equipment and individual clothing items in the fall of 2012 has successfully increased revenues in each of the last five consecutive quarters.  On a consolidated basis, MRSI’s revenues have increased 31% over the same period in 2013.

Net losses on a consolidated basis remained at the same level as the 2013 fourth quarter. The net loss is an increase in the quarter over the same period in 2013.  The loss is primarily due to increased labour costs as the Company builds its business development team and product development efforts and due to a client of Protect The Force being delayed in shipping their products until the beginning of the second quarter of 2014 (see news release NR# 2014-11 and NR# 2014-07).
