Mission Ready Acquires No-Contact, LLC

VANCOUVER, B.C. – October 01, 2012 – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or the “Company”), a global defense contractor, announced today that they have acquired a 100% interest in No-Contact, LLC (NC), a research and development company focused on wearable technologies synthesizing advanced textiles with electronics and computation for personal protection and safety.

Founded by Adam Whiton, a PhD candidate from MIT, and apparel engineer Yolita Nugent, NC has developed a proprietary technology known as Electro Muscular Disruption technology (“EMD”) to assist security personnel and law enforcement officers confronted with close-quarter assault situations. Mission Ready’s subsidiary Protect The Force Inc. and the clients it serves will be able to access this expertise for their own combat wearable technology product developments.

Mr. Gary Hess will lead PTF as President, Mr. Clay Williamson will continue to assist PTF as well as head up the operations of 10-20 Services Inc. another wholly owned subsidiary of MRSI and Mr. Francisco Martinez will support all operations as Chief Technology Officer.
